Kenny Jephcott
General Manager
Kenny Jephcott is General Manger of the IML Group, responsible for managing its comprehensive presence across 13 markets in the MENA region. Mandated to determine its business strategy, he also oversees the delivery of new programmes and divisions, as well as the business development and client servicing aspects of the Group's operation. In addition to managing the legal affairs of each business under the IML Group, Kenny leads a team of 650 personnel in the MENA region.
The holder of a BTEC HND Business in Finance and Marketing, before joining the IML Group in 2005, Kenny served as the Services and Operations Manager for its Nokia business. In his earlier role as UAE Country Manager, Kenny was tasked with running field-marketing activities for Nokia throughout the UAE.
