Employee Legalisation Services

We can offer you the benefit of sponsoring employees under IML Employment Services’ trade licence, allowing you to grow your existing team or hire a new team of employees, without impacting your company’s own visa allocation, or falling foul of the UAE’s employment legislation.

Once successful candidates have been selected, they will be sponsored by IML Employment Services and employed under a contract between the employee, the client and IML Employment Services. We will conduct the entire legalisation process from arranging their residency visas, medicals and Emirates Identity Card. We will organise WPS compliant payrolling through our HR Solutions software.
