IML Employment Services will source prospective employees, from specialised individuals to large workforces, locally and overseas, on your behalf. Upon your approval of the candidates, IML Employment Services will undertake the legal processes of arranging visas, medicals, and even sponsor and payroll the employees on behalf of your company.

The stages of the recruitment process that IML Employment Services follow will include: job analysis and developing a person specification, the sourcing of candidates by networking, advertising, or other search methods matching candidates to job requirements and screening individual's requirements by interviewing the potential candidates.

The recruitment process also includes the making and finalizing of job offers and the induction and onboarding of new employees. The entire process will be conducted in line with your company’s HR policies. Once the legal procedures are completed, you will manage the employees on an on-going basis, liaising with our HR Department.
